Perpetual Scholarship
The Perpetual Scholarship Foundation is a non profit corporation which exists under the umbrella of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc. The Perpetual Scholarship is supported by personal contributions from members and friends of the organization and corporations.
Florence Steele Hunt Scholarship
The Florence Steele Hunt Foundation was established in honor of Founder Hunt to provide scholarship to qualifying students entering the field of music at New Jersey City University. The scholarship was established shortly after Founder Hunt received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the university. Founder Hunt wrote the first music curriculum for the Jersey City Schools.
Each chapter pays an annual fee for each financial member to support the perpetual funding of the Florence Steele Hunt Foundation at New Jersey City University located in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Local Scholarship
Each year, Gamma Nu Chapter presents college scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are striving towards academic excellence in the field of education. These scholarships are supported by contributions from chapter membership and friends.
