MY PLATFORM
This is what I hope for all of our sorors and potential sorors:
1. NSPDK becomes that place for women educators to find support in their career endeavors as well as encouragement
2. Sorors in positions to hire look from within our network to find the talent for their schools and educational programs
3. NSPDK will always be a visible, valid, and viable organization, and a quality resource for all educational systems throughout the country.
4. The use of technology will keep all sorors connected to programs, events, conferences, professional development, and the business aspect of the sorority.
5. Every chapter will have a technology coordinator (soror, affiliate, friend) who will train, teach and advance the skills of its members toward greater participation in the sorority.
6. But more than anything that regardless of circumstance for the need for relocation to a different geography, region and area, every soror will be welcomed and supported in her new area and can find a sisterhood among women with like minds in education.
